Can I return an item if I have problem with my order?
Yes! You can return an item within 10 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is new(has tags) and unused.
However, we cannot accept your item for an exchange. Please purchase the item you want after you return your previous item.
Please note that the item will be returned at customer expense. Shipping fee has to be paid in advance. If you pay the item through cash on delivery, we will charge it from your refund. ※Regarding refund price, you will be refunded with original price before discounted. If you purchase it during a discount campaign, we will reduce the discount amount from your refund.

We cannot accept refund in following conditions:
・An item defected or smelled after it's delivered to customers.
・An item used more than once
・An item without tags
・An item that has no original package or without any accessories belong to the item
・An item that Cosmetics (including perfumes, shampoo, body care supplies), lifestyle miscellaneous goods (room mist, diffusers), foodstuffs etc.
・An item purchased other than at RUNWAY channel
・A pair of shoes which its box is damaged or stained
Items must be returned with enclosed invoices and campaign items such as noverlties and catalogs.
