  • Can I return the iterm if I am not satisfied with it or misordered?
    You can return the item under the following conditions.

    ※5 Damaged items can only be exchanged. We will repair the item if it is out of stock.

  • 【Return Notices】
    We cannot accept returns in following conditions.
    ・The item was used more than once.
    ・The item has its tags removed.
    ・The item is defected or smells after it is delivered to customers.(Including washing)
    ・A pair of shoes which box is damaged or stained.
    ・The item has no/is missing its original package or missing any accessories belonging to the item.
    ・The items such as cosmetics (including perfumes, shampoo, body care supplies), lifestyle miscellaneous goods (room mist, diffusers), foodstuffs etc.
    ・The item purchased from somewhere other than RUNWAY channel.

    ・Please notice that the item will be returned at the customer's expense. Shipping fees must be paid in advance.
    ・Regarding refund price, you will be refunded the price less the shipping fee and return charge.
    ・If you purchase the item during a discount campaign, we will reduce the discount amount from your refund.
    ・So your refund price will be reduced the discount amount.
    ・If you pay for the item through cash on delivery, we will subtract it from your refund.
    ・Items must be returned with all enclosed invoices and campaign items such as noverlties and catalogs.
